Keyboard Shortcuts

Computer work often requires extensive mouse use.  For the wrists, there is often more strain mousing then with typing as it increases repetitive movements, involves awkward postures, and involves contact stress.  A good way to cut down the strain is to learn common keyboard shortcuts for items that are on 'menu bars' that are normal mouse operations, such as making words bold or italizied, or saving a document.

Print these shortcuts out and keep them by your computer to refer to and use.
