Notes:
1) Completing safety orientation is a prerequisite for all radiological training courses and can be satisfied by completing one of the following courses: #219 ES&H Orientation or #375 Construction Safety Orientation.
2) Personnel escorted in Controlled Areas and Radiologically Controlled Areas must complete a Dosimeter Request form and receive a safety briefing prior to access. The escort must be a GERT trained individual. Escorting in Radiological Areas (Radiation, High Radiation, Contamination Areas) is not allowed.
3) Dosimetry is required for personnel escorted in Radiological Controlled Areas. Based on the scope of work a tour dosimeter or an individual dosimeter will be issued for the escort visit.
