Notice that in Run 069\x+00000_y+000_bscanz.dat 
the z-coordinate  2.9118 occurs twice,

... z(14558) z(14559) z(14560) z(14561) ...
...  2.9116   2.9118   2.9118   2.9122  ...

z(14560) should be 2.9120.

This is edited by hand in x+00000_y+000_bscanz-mod.dat
