Chapter 17: Hazardous Waste

The purpose of this program is to ensure the proper management of hazardous, universal, and industrial waste. The program covers determination, collection, storage, labeling, tracking, disposal, and treatment of these wastes. It applies workers (as hazardous waste generators, custodians, and hazardous waste treatment operators), supervisors, line management, ESH coordinators, and the hazardous waste and hazardous waste treatment program managers; and Fleet Services, Facilities and Operations, and Waste Management.
