The Applications Group (TAG)

• In charge of the Video and Voice teleconferencing and systems, including scheduling of the rooms, setting up and connecting the users, maintenance and upgrades of thesystems and the interfacing equipment
• Work with ESNET, AT&T and Pacific Bell when there is any trouble, or upgrades
• Schedule audio and video conferencing through the ESNET service
• Maintain teleconferencing documentation including web pages
• Work with the desktop conferencing person, to test and research desktop conferencing
