The Applications Group (TAG)

• In charge of Computer Education Support, including surveying the SLAC user community to find out users needs;
• Evaluate, plan and coordinate with vendors and on-site instructors to schedule classes;
• Advertise classes via the web and e-mail;
• Oversee process and assist users with questions;
• Maintain Outlook classroom calendar;
• Reconcile billing at end of each month.
