The Quality Inspection group provides dimensional inspection services of fabricated accelerator parts, components, and complete assemblies with measurement accuracies of up to 0.5 um. Other measurement services comprise precision assembly support, fiducialization measurements, and reverse engineering measurements. The group maintains a Gauge/Hand Tool Control and Recall System supporting all MFD shops.
