11 A peak current and 258 peak voltage, the field is 164.8 G rms or 233 G peak.  
Without beam pipe:
11 A peak current and 258 peak voltage, the field is 164.9 G rms or 233.2 peak

To reach 44 G-m integral field (for 4 GeV) one would need a center field peak field of 44/24.17*0.010945 T = 199.24 G peak which would be a rms field of 140.89 G rms.
