This is the Compton 101 solenoid which is being measured for the 2nd time hence the name Compton_101_2nd

Alignment:  x and y = 0 is the center of the inside cylinder.  Z = 0 is the outside surface of the upstream end plate.  +x is to the right look in the +Z direction. 
An axial field pointed in the beam direction will be recorded as positive.
