These values are the difference between the geometric center in y and the magnetic center in y.
However, the geometric center was taken at z=0 (ctr of magnet) and a 6 mil pitch was measured on
the poles.  Magnetic pitch 7.8 mils average difference in y from -20(in) to +20(in).  This would
imply a pitch of 7.8 mils over 40(in)  P.A. measured 6 mils of pitch over ~ 55(in) using the pole
ends.

These values are the differences between the geometric center and the magnetic center.  For all
currents and positions.  The average shift is 0.0051(in) toward the cutout side of the magnet.
