Polarity Cern 2 Octupole.  

At 50.2 Amps and looking from water hose and power side the pole tip fields 
are 0.257 T (1 inch in from pole edge) with the following polarities.

Coil was aligned to magnet.  Magnet was not level on mounting plate.
