The undulator was measured lower K-value (-2.5*10-4) and out of spec field integrals.  No mechanical 
gap change due to temperature variations. It was positioned first slot after HXSS chicane, so radiation damage
is possible. Re-tuned to tolerances on 10/30/2013.
