SDA - 11/2/2022
MFD asked to change the MAD assignments of 4 of the S30XL 2Q4W quads because 3 fo the 10 quads have different base types and in order to fit the quads onto their stands certain quads needed to change MAD names.
THe changes are:
QDAS12 <--> QDAS16
QDAS14 <--> QDAS18A

This makes the barcode to MAD names now:

QDAS12               4260
QDAS16               4256
QDAS14               4262
QDAS18A             4258

The fiducial, measurement plan and analysis files will be updated to reflect these changes.
