The temperature sensors in dataset 1 do not seem to have been connected.
The temperatures are all similar, wheras on other phase shifters, the bottom jaw is about 0.6 deg C warmer.
The uncorrected phase integral measurements for datasets 1 and 2 agree.
After the temperature correction, they disagree.
Dataset 1 should not be used, and instead use dataset 2.
