Requirements Management

The Requirements Management Office facilitates the RM Process Flow to enable Lab-wide compliance with all applicable external requirements from initial analysis through Management System ownership.

Fiscal Year 2009 Key Goals
  • Manage the external requirements process for SLAC, from initial analysis to Management System ownership
  • Maintain SLAC's authoritative set of external requirements
  • Serve as the Designated Point of Contact for SLAC in the DOE RevCom process for Directives and Technical Standards
  • Negotiate, track and manage DOE/SU Contract modifications
  • Maintain DOE/SU Contract website
  • Assist Management System Owners and Subject Matter Experts in interpreting and writing implementation plans for applicable requirements
  • Document Records of Decision for new/changed requirements
  • Document where requirements are implemented by Management Systems
