Requirements Management
The Requirements Management Office facilitates the RM Process Flow to enable Lab-wide compliance with all applicable external requirements from initial analysis through Management System ownership.
Fiscal Year 2009 Key Goals
- Manage the external requirements process for SLAC, from initial analysis to Management System ownership
- Maintain SLAC's authoritative set of external requirements
- Serve as the Designated Point of Contact for SLAC in the DOE RevCom process for Directives and Technical Standards
- Negotiate, track and manage DOE/SU Contract modifications
- Maintain DOE/SU Contract website
- Assist Management System Owners and Subject Matter Experts in interpreting and writing implementation plans for applicable requirements
- Document Records of Decision for new/changed requirements
- Document where requirements are implemented by Management Systems
