Policies & Procedures

The Policies & Procedures Office provides one location to access policies, standards and procedures that are current, accurate, concise and relevant along with tools, services and expertise to help. This information and support is based on the applicable and appropriate set of external requirements, lab policies and good business practices.

Fiscal Year 2009 Key Goals
  • Establish current state of policies and procedures
    • Define as-is Policies and Procedures Management System
    • Define and establish governance model, definition of policy and procedure, action plan for reviewing old and adding new policies
    • Review, communicate and archive out-of-date policies and procedures
  • Develop process for rapid policy and procedure definition
  • Develop requirements for "to be" desired policy and procedure generation and dissemination system
  • Co-lead High Level Assessment for InfoPortal project
