Data Analysis

The Data Analysis Office provides analysis and measurements to: report progress, identify key deficiencies, promote operations improvements, and assist line organizations with systems for process control and improvements.

Fiscal Year 2009 Key Goals
  • Support line Procurement Assurance Program
    • Analyze Contract Review Board defects
    • Analyze DOE reported defects from file reviews
    • Interface with Stanford University Internal Audit to develop a custom verification/validation process for Procurement related items
    • Support monthly reporting to the DOE
    • Support weekly analysis & develop materials for Procurement briefings
    • Develop Procurement Assurance feedback for weekly training of staff
  • Perform analysis of Corrective Action Tracking System (CATS) data to prioritize deficiencies and identify trends
  • Implement data monitoring and analysis as described in the SLAC Issues Management Program
  • Participate in assessment of the SLAC Operating Experience and Lessons Learned Program
  • Conduct performance reporting to ALDs and senior management
