Purpose

To maximize the potential of employees and work groups by aligning workplace learning with SLAC’s mission. Performance development is achieved utilizing available SLAC, Stanford and other resources to provide innovative and high-quality learning programs, trainings, and services. The office aims to be an accessible resource for supervisors, employees and work groups.

    News: As of March 1, 2006 per a new IRS rule, training/conference reimbursements submitted to the Training Office 60 days after the expense is incurred will be reported as additional income.
