Perfectionism is not about doing a job to the best of your abilities. 
It's about trying to achieve the impossible.

FACILITATOR: Francine Gordon, Ph.D

Dr. Gordon will discuss how to make perfectionism work
for you and how to minimize its less productive aspects.

  • Find out how cultural messages about romance, love and attraction
    may be setting you up for frustration.
  • Understanding how these socio-cultural messages lead to
    "games people play" which are ubiquitous, powerful &
    lead to unhealthy dynamics.
  • Become aware of & understand these "games" with the
    ultimate goal of healthy relationships.

Donnova is a graduate of Stanford University and is currently staff
at Vaden Health Center where he is a teacher, presenter and
consultant on sexual health issues.
