Notification

Advanced DOE approval is re­quired for most T-4 Country foreign national visits and assignments as indicated in the table below. The DOE approval pro­cess may take 3+ months.  Therefore, it is essential to notify the Internationa Services Office at iso@slac.stanford.edu as early in the hire or invitation process as possible.  In no case may DOE funds be expended for stipend or financial reimbursement prior to approval by the International Services Office.
