Purpose

To help employees, supervisors, and managers interpret and apply University and SLAC policies and the collective bargaining agreement. We identify thoughtful and practical solutions to employee relations situations. In serving the SLAC community, we strive to be responsive, resourceful, compassionate, and discreet.
