  • Maintenance & repair of all SLAC buildings, grounds & utilities
  • Specialized hoisting & rigging
  • Crane maintenance & inspection
  • Fleet management
  • Round the clock operations support for technical subsystems
    • (LCW, electrical power, compressed air, HVAC, chilled water, hot water, etc.)
  • Development & operation of a site wide service desk system for maintenance and facility upgrade requests
  • Engineering management of the SLAC Electrical Configuration Program
  • Engineering and project management of facility upgrades and new construction projects
  • SLAC Energy management
  • Engineering and construction support for the LCLS project
