The NRTL APPROVED
label is an optional label applied by a SLAC
EEIP Inspector when a piece of electrical
equipment has an NRTL Mark and is used within
its listing. This is used to signify that a SLAC
EEIP Inspector has seen this equipment and
acknowledges it is in compliance with the
listing. Though optional, use of such stickers
is recommended as they simplify compliance
inspections.
The SLAC EEIP ACCEPTED
label is applied by a SLAC EEIP Inspector when a
piece of electrical equipment does not have a
NRTL Mark and the inspector has inspected and
passed the equipment.
The SLAC EEIP RECOGNIZED
EQUIPMENT label is applied by a SLAC
EEIP Inspector when a piece of electrical
equipment does not have a NRTL Mark and the
inspector has inspected the equipment and passed
it with restricted usage. Restrictions are
listed in the EEIP inspection report.
The SLAC EEIP PENDING
label is applied by a SLAC EEIP Inspector when a
piece of electrical equipment does not have a
NRTL Mark and the inspector has partially
inspected and is waiting for equipment changes
before issuing the final inspection results.
The SLAC EEIP REJECTED label is applied by a SLAC EEIP Inspector
when a piece of electrical equipment does not
have a NRTL Mark and the inspector has inspected
the equipment and does not pass the equipment.
