ESH Training Reports

Once courses have been assigned to your staff in the STA, there are a variety of reports you can use to track the completion of their training.
Training reports are accessible from the ESH Training home page.

Examples for how to generate reports can be found here.

Below is a list of the most popular reports for supervisors:

Report Category Description of Report
Registration Personnel currently registered in ES&H classes.
Training Due dates Due dates for the completion of required courses.
Assigned Training Individual training assignment reports for personnel based on STA entries.
Training History Record of ES&H courses completed.
STA Due Dates Current status of personnel training assessments.
Metrics Reports A set of reports which provide current and quarterly compliance percentages for:
  • Mandatory and Supervisor Required training and/or medical exams completed
  • SLAC Training Assessments current
  • Training session student no-shows
Supervisors Report A report designed to help supervisors identify the training, medical exam and STA compliance status of their employees.
This report presents compliance data for entire departments, divisions and directorates as well.
