Surveillance Coming Due
|
Notices of training coming due sent at 60, 30 and 14 days
prior to the end of the 90 day Restricted Period for newly
assigned courses or before refresher training comes due.
These emails go to employees as well as their supervisors. |

Refresher/Newly Assigned Training/Medical
Surveillance Overdue |
These notices go out the day training becomes
overdue and again at 14 days and 30 days later if training has
not been completed. These emails go out to employees and their supervisors.

Class Registration Reminder Notices |
These notices go out 7 days and again at 24 hours
before a scheduled session starts to everyone, including their
supervisors, registered for that session through the SLAC
registration system.
Note: Assignment of the course in the STA is
required to register for an ESH course through the registration
system. |

Change in STA Notice |
This notice will go out the day after a change
was made to an STA notifying the employee that their STA was
modified and suggesting they review it. The employee and their supervisor receive these
notices. |

New Employee STA Completion Reminder |
This notice goes out to the supervisor the day after a new
employee that reports to them is input into the SLAC HR
database. It is sent again at 15 and 30 days afterwards if the
STA is not completed.
The employee is copied on these notices to their supervisor. |

Annual STA Update Notice |
These notices go out to all supervisors with
staff assignments at 30 and 15 days before the one year
anniversary date of the last annual update. The email will not be sent if the STA has been
updated. The employee is copied on these notices to their supervisor.

Overdue STA Notice |
These notices go out on the one year anniversary
then 7 and 15 days after the anniversary of the last annual STA update. Supervisors
who have not yet reviewed their employee STAs will receive
these notices. The employee is copied on
these notices to their supervisor. |
