   Training Reports STA Direct Training Report Instructions Reporting Data Errors

All Training reports use Windows authentication. Please enter slac\<your username> and password at the prompt if requested.

Click on the name of the report you would like to generate from the list below.

Report Category Description of Reports
Registration Personnel currently registered in ES&H classes.
Information includes:
              Employee name
              Course number/name
              Date of Class
Training Due dates Due dates for the completion of required courses.
Information includes:
              Employee name
              Course number/name
Assigned Training Individual training assignment reports for personnel based on STA entries.
Training History Record of ES&H classes taken.
Information includes:
              Employee name
              Course number/name
              Date class attended
STA Due Dates Current status of personnel Training Assessments.
Information includes:
              Employee name
              Most recent assessment date
              Number of days until due
Metrics Reports A set of reports which provide current and quarterly percentages on:
              Mandatory and Supervisor Required training and/or medical
              exams completed
              SLAC Training Assessments current
              Training session student no-shows
Supervisors Report A report designed to help supervisors identify the training, medical exam and STA compliance status of their employees.
This report presents compliance data for entire departments, divisions and directorates as well.
