Foreign National Requirements

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) requires Foreign National visitors hold appropriate visa status for activities performed while at SLAC.  Foreign Nationals must present a valid, original passport and visa documentation immediately upon arrival.

NOTE:  Whether or not SLAC is providing travel expense reimbursements to you, the visa document list is applicable to all Foreign Nationals visiting SLAC.  Please contact for clarification if you have additional visa questions.

Important - Advisory Notes

Upon entering a US Port of Entry:

After entry into the US, you should be able to access and print your electronic I-94 Arrival/Departure Record at
