| SLAC is required
to have a DOE certified Environmental Management System (EMS) in place by
12/31/05 as required by DOE O 450.1 (which is a part of the WSS Set in the
DOE/Stanford University contract). The DOE/SSO provided the
Self Declaration letter [pdf]
indicating an EMS was in place at SLAC on December 21, 2005 to the
Office of Science.
