Area Hazard Analysis (AHA)
Any area at SLAC
where work activities take place shall be reviewed to identify the
environmental, safety and health hazards in that area. Hazards will then be
eliminated, or controls will be established to reduce any associated risk to an acceptable level.
An AHA shall be prepared to
provide a description of the hazards and hazard controls in a given
area. AHAs shall be prepared and reviewed annually or when the
level or type of hazards changes.
