What to Do in an Emergency?
In the event of a fire:
- Sound the
alarm.
- Evacuate the building
- Use a fire extinguisher only if you are
trained in its proper use
- Meet the fire department and tell them exactly
where the fire is
- Provide the fire department with a
copy of the building's
Facility Emergency Plan
- If the fire is in a Radiological Control Area,
ensure that Radiation Protection (x4299) responds to provide monitoring
