Teachers are invited to participate in SLAC’s professional development program to create cadres of outstanding high school science teachers with the content knowledge and scientific research experience to serve as leaders in their district. Cohorts of teachers will 1) engage in an authentic research experience; 2) design investigative module(s) to be used with their students; 3) participate in follow-up sessions throughout the academic year, and 4) enhance their leadership skills to become instructional change agents within their districts.
