Multimedia Services
The Communications Group provides Multimedia Services for Panofsky
Auditorium conference facility as well as support for meetings and events
site-wide. Services include microphones, video
taping, and large-screen projection of video and computer presentations. We
coordinate support with SCS for
streaming
media.
Multimedia Services require advance lead time and often require setup time. The Multimedia Service Request form outlines what resources are needed and helps us prepare to support your activity.
Please contact the Multimedia Services Department as soon as possible. Arrangements should be made at least one week prior to your meeting or event so that we can schedule the necessary technician/s and equipment. Multimedia Technicians are on call and need to be scheduled in advance. An account number must be provided.
Please be advised that the computer on the Auditorium floor is on the visitor's subnet. If you wish to access your Z drive you must have a Citrix or VPN account - these are attainable through the SCS Help Desk.
Start Here:
Step 1: E-mail both Herbert McIntye and Rod Reape with your Multimedia needs and a service request will be generated. You will get the best service available if you contact us at least one week prior to your meeting or event.
Step 2: On the day of your event, your equipment will be set up in advance and any necessary technicians will be on hand. Contact the technician on hand or either Herbert McIntye (ext. 4787) or Rod Reape (ext. 2966) if you have any questions on the day of the event.
