Youth Opportunity ProgramThe objective of the Youth Opportunity Program (YOP) is to provide summer employment for local, disadvantaged youths between the ages of 16 and 22. Employment is provided during the summer months with an opportunity to be exposed to a scientific work environment. All YOP employees are recruited and hired with the assistance of the Human Resources Department and assignments are developed in cooperation with line supervisors. 2007 YOP Participants
