Work StudyThe Work Study Program is designed to provide part–time employment to financially disadvantaged students from the local high schools and junior colleges to help defray their educational expenses, thereby encouraging them to remain in school. During the summer, work-study participants are provided full–time employment. Participation in this program is contingent upon their commitment to continue their education and supervisors act as mentors to the students to assure they remain on track academically. 2007 Work Study Participants
