  • Car Rental

  • Shuttles to and from the airport.  SuperShuttle  is a van service at San Francisco Airport that collects people along the upper departure level of any terminal, on the center island outside of the airline ticket counters.  The one-way charge is about $25.  Call (415) 558-8500.  For San Jose Airport, contact All airport Connections at (408) 573-7242.  South and East Bay Shuttle is a van service for San Francisco or San Jose Airports, call  (800) 548-4664 or (408) 225-4444.

  • Caltrain  From San Francisco Airport, take the SFO-BART Extension to the Millbrae Intermodal Station, then Caltrain to Menlo Park or Palo Alto.  Call (800) 660-4287 for schedules.

  • Taxi Services

  • SamTrans  From San Francisco Airport, take bus KX south. It leaves every 30 minutes and takes about 55 minutes. Call (800) 660-4287 for schedules.

  • Marguerite Shuttle  The free Marguerite shuttle has a line that runs to SLAC.  You can pick up a Line A shuttle in Palo Alto and take it to the Hoover Tower stop where you transfer to the SLAC shuttle.  The SLAC shuttle runs every 20 minutes.  Call (650) 723-9362 for schedules.
